Change of mind/ returns/exchanges

We are pleased to offer a refund or exchange, but only with a receipt or tax invoice for the goods bought.

All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.

Proof of purchase, receipts and tax invoices must be valid and intact.

Refunds will be processed using the payment method stated on the original receipt. Original credit card must be present to receive a refund.

If customers do not have a receipt, or are unable to produce the card that was used for payment paid, then proof of identity (e.g. driver’s licence) is essential to issue a return, which will be recorded on the Refund Sheets including Name, Address, and Mobile Phone Number.

No proof of identity, or no card than unfortunately we cannot process a refund.

Cheques will be refunded as cash (once bank processing of the cheque has occurred).

The refund process for online purchases may involve the reversal of the original payment method. If a consumer paid by credit card, for instance, the refund is typically credited back to the same card. This can take between 5 and 10 business days.  We offer  a 15 to 30-day window in which customers can return a product and ask for a refund.

 

Exchange of Goods

Proof of Identity is required (e.g. drivers' licence) when a return is processed without proof of purchase.

We are able to provide an exchange for 'like' goods.

All goods for exchange must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
